Boom Boom !!

Bangkok was AWESOME!!! shop and shop and shop and scammed. We went there, damn eager to meet the red shirts. but the town was as peacefully as orchard on a typical sunny day. ok stop crapping.

Bangkok was NICE. There's no riots or whatever-that-they-show-on-tv... No blood. Only chicken blood. And we accomplished one mission. Took a photo with a trans. weeeeeeeee =)) I don't know why am I still laughing at that manx. lol

oh ya! This is a MUST to blog.
We got scammed TWICE.

Scam No. 1

We went out from the hotel with no idea of where to have our dinner at. And so, there is this KIND tuktuk driver who approached us and offered to take us to this eatery. And so, being dumb, we followed. He brought us to this seafood restaurant. The moment we got down from the tuktuk, we know we kena scammed. damn it. 4 steam rice, 1 pot of tomyum and some juices = 800 baht. wth sia. and from what junyou said, the tomyum sucks. and so, we still need to find food for dinner at some other places. -.-

And so, we should be learning our lessons by then.

BUT NO!

Scam No.2

Boon Pin wanted to bring us to yawarat which is the chinatown. and so, junyou, ee shan, ili and glenn went to take a cab first.. and is already on the way to yawarat. myself, boon pin, mh and zoe re still hailing cabs. Some of the cabs refused to bring us to the place. And so, another KIND soul, a cab driver stopped and said yes. and in the cab. he said,

"why go to yawarat? there red shirt, boom! boom!! red shirt yellow shirt fight fight. got bomb. boom! boom!!"
and so we called glenn to ask the cab driver to make a u-turn.
the next thing, our cab driver said, " want to go to somboon?" go eat. cheap cheap. dont go yawarat. there boom! boom!!"

and so, being dumb, we agreed.
the minute the cab turn in to the restaurant, i cursed him. it was the same bloody restaurant that we gt scammed on the first day. and now, we are smarter. we walked out. LOL

so yeah.. that's the SCAM stories.
